Living space for 1:1 intensive care

Once you have found a suitable apartment, please contact our case management. We will discuss all the framework conditions with you and coordinate the further procedure together – from the viewing to the conclusion of the lease agreement.

The apartments are intended for individuals with intensive care needs who receive 1:1 support—for example, in cases of non-clinical ventilation or severe neurological impairment. A prerequisite is that a corresponding level of care is required and that the care can be organized within a home setting.

Many of our apartments are ready for immediate occupancy. Move-in can take place promptly, provided availability and completed coordination with care and relatives.

Yes. All apartments have low-barrier or fully accessible entrances, including an elevator. The bathrooms are designed for ease of care, and some apartments are also wheelchair accessible.

As a rule, the apartments are unfurnished but can be individually furnished. Bringing your own furniture is possible, as is integrating care-specific equipment (hospital bed, aids, etc.).

Rental prices vary depending on size and amenities. For reasons of transparency and confidentiality, we provide rental rates upon request. We would be happy to provide you with all information in person through our case management.

Yes. Our central case management is available for all your questions – from the viewing to the move-in support.

The apartments are located in a quiet residential area with good accessibility. Shops, pharmacies, public transport, and medical facilities are within walking distance or quickly accessible.
