physicians, general practitioners and specialists, pastoral caregivers, hospice services, etc.), we work towards the goal of maintaining, promoting, and improving the quality of life and self-determination of terminally ill people with progressive diseases, enabling them to live a life in dignity until death in their own homes, in care homes, or in hospices.<\/p>\n<p>We offer through cooperation in multidisciplinary teams of trained SAPV doctors, hospices, psychotherapists, chaplains, as well as pharmacies, medical supply stores, and many others<\/li><li>Relief of accompanying symptoms such as shortness of breath, pain, and nausea<\/li><li>preventive crisis management<\/li><li>Development of a personalized treatment plan<\/li><li>Coordination of support services<\/li><li>24-hour on-call duty for our SAPV nursing staff<\/li><li>Counseling, guidance, and support for those affected and their families, including assistance in coping with issues related
